Welcome to the Cyber Risk Clinic!

The University of Oregon Cyber Risk Clinic is a student and faculty-led program providing cybersecurity services to public organizations across Oregon.
We are currently funded through the State and Local Cybersecurity Grant Program (SLCGP), a state-supported initiative focused on strengthening the cybersecurity of critical infrastructure. Through this program, the Risk Clinic is working directly with water and wastewater districts across Oregon to conduct cybersecurity risk assessments and help organizations complete the Cybersecurity Performance Goals (CPGs) developed by the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA).
Our work focuses on providing practical, hands-on support to organizations that may not have dedicated cybersecurity staff or resources. We help our partners understand their risks, complete assessments, and take meaningful steps to improve their security. At the same time, the Risk Clinic provides University of Oregon students with real-world experience in cybersecurity, preparing the next generation of cyber practitioners to support public sector and critical infrastructure organizations.
